Sécurité - protection contre les explosions

• Nacelles élévatrices pour Eurofighter | Maintaining the Eurofighter jet on man-up lifts could be hazardous from the fuel vapour inside the maintenance hanger being ignited during maintenance work. Pyroban worked with the customer to provide Zone 1 solutions to eliminate the sources of ignition on the man-up lifts.
• Remorquage par hélicoptère | Helicopter Towing devices can be a source of ignition. The MOD required several devices to work in areas classified as Zone 2 for maintenance work and Pyroban converted all the equipment.
• Equipement de service des hangars pour l’entretien des avions | May not have formally classified areas but an example of where companies utilise added safety in the form of Gascheka to safeguard their investment. This is a gas detection system fitted locally that provides audible alarm and shutdown of equipment on detection of a gas.

• Équipement de manutention au sol | Ground handling equipment such as push back tractors, low loaders, baggage handlers, cargo lorries, transit vans etc... at airports all cause pollution concerns.
